NOMMO Web Developer/Design Intern -

Nommo was founded in 1969 as the first on-campus student-run ethnic magazine in the United States. Nommo aims to continue the legacy of operating as a Pan-Afrikan student-serving magazine and newspaper through journalistic writing, creative writing, multimedia journalism, video and photojournalism, and community service. We task ourselves and our readers with developing international, culturally sound, and politically conscious perspectives to engage in a deeper dialogue on who we are as Afrikans and how we occupy and move through space. We want to recruit motivated, creative, and passionate students to channel their talents through our collective work. The Web Developer staff is responsible for delivering creative and thought-provoking suggestions to increase engagement with NOMMO magazine online via our website and social media pages.
