The social media team oversees the day-to-day function of FEM's social media accounts. Please read the position description on the FEM application main page and the description below before applying. Interviews will take place during week 2. Applicants will be notified about interviews at the beginning of week 2.

Position Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily operation of FEM's social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr) by coordinating with social media teams. 2. Promote FEM online articles, print issue releases, upcoming events, recruitment, merch, etc. on all platforms/ 3. Maintain weekly communication with the EIC, Design Team, and Web Manager to produce creative content for FEM's social media accounts. 4. Attend weekly to biweekly section meetings. 5. Ensure all content posted on platforms adheres to FEM's mission statement 6. Cooperation with FEM's member policy

NOTICE: You will be expected to attend MANDATORY training sessions at the beginning of FALL quarter. Training will begin the weekend of October 12-13 and will run for 2 additional weekends (Oct. 19-20 and 26-27). You will either have training two days during one weekend or one day each weekend. You MUST attend training, so keep that in mind when deciding to apply.*
