FEM engages in actionable praxes by building coalitions with other campus and community members. Community Outreach organizes all FEM outreach events -- campus events, fundraisers, volunteering, alumni events, collaborative events with other campus organizations or local LA organizations, etc in order to contribute to community building, mutual aid, and collective care.

As a community outreach member, you will be asked to connect with organizations at UCLA, but also local communities around Los Angeles. For instance, you would be reaching out to collaborate or even create volunteer opportunities for FEM members.

NOTICE: You will be expected to attend MANDATORY training sessions at the beginning of Fall Quarter. Training will occur on one of these weekends: Oct. 21 & 22, Oct. 28 & 29, and Nov. 4 & 5 We will provide more specific dates as we get closer to the training dates.
