The Outreach section is the bridge that connects the Daily Bruin to its alumni and readership through engaging with our community, recruiting talent and facilitating alumni relations with the Daily Bruin Alumni Network. It combines marketing, public relations and community outreach to educate the UCLA community and the greater Los Angeles area on student journalism and the Daily Bruin. Outreach oversees the Daily Bruin’s recruitment seasons and its recruitment social media account (@joindailybruin), the Daily Bruin high school and community college program, press releases, etc.
If you have any questions about the Outreach section, please email Kayla Williams at [email protected].
