The Quad, the Daily Bruin’s explanatory journalism section, breaks down newsworthy stories happening on campus and in the greater Los Angeles community to make topics digestible for our readers. Its stories cover student life, resources for students, city- and country-wide news relevant to Bruins and everything in between. It incorporates comprehensive background information and context for all of the topics it covers.
The Quad occasionally works with the News section to cover important events. The section utilizes the following applications in our work: Google Docs, Google Sheets and Camayak.
