The essence of this position is outreach and branding -- connecting the publication with community members, as well as fostering a healthy staff environment. As a Social Media Intern under the Social Media/Marketing Committee, you will promote all of Al-Talib's publications and create new content to be enjoyed by the community. Al-Talib Social Media/Marketing Committee members are expected to attend weekly All-Staff meetings to brainstorm and carry out tasks involved with bettering marketing strategies, maintaining social media platform aesthetics, creating new social media campaigns, and ways to improve and engage our online audience!
