You will be collaborating with writers and you have the opportunity to make your own content such as timelines, collages, poetic imagery, etc.
In order to prepare you we have a couple mandatory trainings, if there are issues with these dates inform us ASAP:
-Two Student Media training sessions (be prepared to dedicate two Saturdays or Sundays);
-Trainings are on January 26 & February 2nd or January 27 & February 3rd. The specific dates for Illustrator and Design training is TBA.
-One Media Law training TBA, although it is usually held a Thursday after either week of the trainings.
-Other tasks throughout the quarter include:
-2 hours dedicated to flyering, outreach, fundraising, etc. (your choice). Hours can also be completed by attending our General Meetings (Wednesdays at 7PM) and your editor's office hours (TBA).
-3 pre-assigned pieces
These are the bare bones of your position, but depending on your preferences and skills we can allocate your time to a specific task.
